Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a FEMALE Accounting Assistant preferably with background in Real Estate Industry.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting entries, including closing entries & adjustments.
  • Experienced in accounts function and well versed in reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Work / Outlook.
  • Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable.
  • Updating of internal bank statement with daily bank balance.
  • Well organized with daily tasks and filing documents.
Traits:
  • Ability to challenge in professional and assertive manner.
  • Good communication skills, proactive, good initiative and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize, ensuring that key times are focused.
  • Independent worker being able to work with minimal supervision.
